Responsibility
- Analyze and document business requirements for the Deposits Management System (DMS) to ensure alignment with modernization goals.
- Design and develop technical specifications, workflows, and system architectures for DMS build and integration.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery of system components.
- Identify and resolve system bottlenecks, performance issues, and scalability challenges in the DMS.
- Conduct gap analysis between existing and target systems, proposing actionable solutions for enhancement.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide post-deployment assistance to ensure smooth transition.
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, including system diagrams, data models, and API specifications.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in banking technology and recommend innovations to improve system efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a System Analyst, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Proven expertise in system analysis, design, and implementation for large-scale enterprise applications.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, database management, and API integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA or Confluence.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with core banking systems, deposit operations, or financial software is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a global team environment.
