Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable full-stack applications using PHP, Laravel, and modern frontend technologies (e.g., Vue.js, React).
- Architect and optimize CRM, omnichannel, and customer intelligence platforms for performance, security, and reliability.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement best practices for code quality, testing (unit, integration, E2E), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives) to deliver high-quality software iteratively.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack PHP development, with a strong portfolio of web applications.
- Expertise in PHP frameworks (Laravel preferred) and modern frontend frameworks (Vue.js, React, or Angular).
- Proficiency in database design and optimization (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and RESTful API development.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (PHPUnit, Jest, Cypress) and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
