Responsibility
- AI Strategy Development: Design and execute a roadmap for AI adoption aligned with business objectives, prioritizing high-ROI use cases.
- Pilot & Scale AI Solutions: Lead end-to-end implementation of AI projects, from proof-of-concept to full deployment, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders, IT teams, and data scientists to identify pain points and opportunities for AI-driven optimization.
- Change Management: Drive organizational buy-in for AI initiatives through training, workshops, and clear communication of benefits.
- Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of AI implementations, iterating based on data-driven insights.
- Vendor & Tool Evaluation: Assess and recommend AI platforms, tools, and third-party solutions to enhance capability and efficiency.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure AI solutions adhere to industry regulations, data privacy standards, and ethical AI principles.
- Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of AI trends and share insights with internal teams and external stakeholders to position Vertiv as an industry leader.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 5+ years in AI/ML project management, digital transformation, or a related field, with a track record of successful AI adoption.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of AI technologies (e.g., NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics) and their business applications.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a knack for translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills to articulate AI value propositions to non-technical audiences.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and iterative development processes.
- Education: Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. AI/ML certifications are a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with data center infrastructure, IT operations, or industrial sectors (preferred but not required).
