Responsibility
- Assist in the development and implementation of AI models for healthcare applications, such as predictive analytics or patient data processing.
- Support the digital transformation of internal processes by identifying automation opportunities and proposing tech-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with IT and medical teams to gather requirements, test prototypes, and refine AI tools for clinical or administrative use.
- Conduct research on emerging AI trends (e.g., NLP, machine learning) and evaluate their applicability to Raffles Medical Group’s objectives.
- Help design and maintain databases or dashboards to track digital transformation KPIs and project progress.
- Participate in agile sprints, contributing to documentation, user training materials, and process improvements.
- Assist in data cleaning, preprocessing, and visualization to support AI model training and validation.
- Contribute to pilot projects, such as chatbots for patient queries or AI-assisted diagnostic tools.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, or R for data analysis and scripting.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for technology and healthcare innovation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Prior internship or project experience in AI, data analytics, or digital transformation is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
