Responsibility
- Solicit and process loan and deposit applications from agricultural clients, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough credit assessments and risk evaluations for loan applicants, including farm visits and financial analysis.
- Manage the collection and recovery of past-due loans, implementing strategies to reduce non-performing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, cooperatives, and local agribusinesses to identify financial needs and opportunities.
- Educate clients on loan products, repayment terms, and financial best practices to promote responsible borrowing.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports on loan portfolios, collection activities, and market trends to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and promote agricultural financing programs tailored to the Bali market.
- Stay updated on industry trends, government agricultural programs, and competitive financial products to enhance service offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Agriculture, Economics, or a related field; candidates with agricultural or rural development backgrounds are a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in banking, microfinance, or agricultural lending, with a proven track record in loan origination and collection.
- Strong understanding of credit analysis, risk assessment, and loan recovery processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with rural clients.
- Familiarity with Indonesian agricultural sectors, local farming practices, and regulatory frameworks is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and banking software; experience with loan management systems is a plus.
- Willingness to conduct field visits and work in rural areas of Bali.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; knowledge of local dialects is a bonus.
