Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement advanced agricultural systems and machinery to enhance poultry farm efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and optimization of automated feeding, watering, and climate control systems.
- Conduct regular assessments of farm infrastructure and recommend upgrades to improve operational workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable practices and reduce environmental impact.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local and international agricultural standards, safety regulations, and quality control protocols.
- Train and mentor farm staff on the proper use of agricultural equipment and best practices in poultry management.
- Research and pilot new technologies, such as IoT and AI-driven solutions, to modernize farming operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in agricultural engineering, preferably within the poultry or livestock industry.
- Strong knowledge of farm machinery, automation systems, and agricultural software (e.g., SCADA, precision farming tools).
- Proven ability to design and implement engineering solutions that improve efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in high-pressure environments.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python).
- Familiarity with Indonesian agricultural regulations and environmental standards.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
