Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand AIA's agency network in Bali.
- Identify and recruit high-potential individuals to join AIA as financial consultants.
- Provide training, mentorship, and ongoing support to new and existing agents to ensure their success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Organize and participate in local events, seminars, and workshops to promote AIA's products and services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or financial services, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
