Responsibility
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth in the Southeast Asian market.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality affiliates, influencers, and strategic partners aligned with brand values.
- Negotiate and manage affiliate agreements, ensuring competitive commission structures and mutually beneficial terms.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, ROI) to optimize campaigns and affiliate networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product) to align affiliate initiatives with broader business goals.
- Create compelling promotional content, including banners, landing pages, and email templates, tailored to affiliate audiences.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitive landscapes to refine affiliate strategies.
- Provide regular reports on affiliate program performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or digital partnerships.
- Strong understanding of affiliate networks (e.g., CJ Affiliate, Rakuten, ShareASale) and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Post Affiliate Pro).
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills to engage with affiliates and stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing KPIs and deriving actionable insights from performance data.
- Experience in SEO/SEM, content marketing, or paid social is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are advantageous.
