Responsibility
- Manage and nurture relationships with top 50 affiliate creators to maximize performance and engagement.
- Develop and implement strategic content and live-streaming plans to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Monitor affiliate performance metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of affiliate campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to refine affiliate marketing approaches.
- Prepare regular reports on affiliate performance, ROI, and key success metrics.
- Identify and onboard new high-potential affiliate partners to expand the network.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and affiliate program guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
