Responsibility
- Plan, organize, and execute basketball events and sports projects from concept to completion.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations.
- Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics for multiple projects.
- Oversee on-site event setup, including equipment, staffing, and participant registration.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events through digital and traditional channels.
- Monitor event performance, gather feedback, and prepare post-event reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with local sports communities, sponsors, and partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event coordination, project management, or sports administration.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Passion for basketball and a deep understanding of sports event dynamics.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by event schedules.
- Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and basic graphic design software (a plus).
- Familiarity with Bali’s sports and event industry is an advantage.
