Responsibility
- Conduct professional consultations to assess client needs, recommend tailored aesthetic treatments, and set realistic expectations.
- Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures (e.g., laser treatments, chemical peels, injectables, or skincare therapies) with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
- Develop and execute personalized treatment plans aligned with client goals and medical guidelines.
- Drive sales and revenue growth by promoting clinic services, packages, and retail products through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Maintain detailed client records, including treatment histories, progress notes, and follow-up plans to ensure continuity of care.
- Collaborate with plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and medispa teams to deliver integrated, high-quality aesthetic solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and product innovations to enhance service offerings and client education.
- Provide exceptional post-treatment care and follow-up to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Certification or diploma in Aesthetic Therapy, Medical Aesthetics, or a related field (e.g., CIDESCO, ITEC, or local equivalents).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Aesthetic Therapist, preferably in a clinical or medispa setting.
- Proven track record in sales and client consultation within the beauty or wellness industry.
- In-depth knowledge of skincare science, cosmetic treatments, and non-surgical procedures (e.g., lasers, radiofrequency, microneedling).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with a diverse, international clientele.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-end clinical environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Indonesian) are a plus.
