Responsibility
- Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures such as Botox, fillers, laser treatments, and chemical peels with precision and care.
- Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess needs, recommend treatments, and set realistic expectations.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each clientâs goals and skin conditions.
- Ensure compliance with all medical, safety, and hygiene protocols in accordance with Indonesian healthcare regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine, techniques, and products to deliver cutting-edge services.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, including medical histories and treatment progress.
- Collaborate with clinic staff to provide a seamless and luxurious client experience from consultation to post-treatment care.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, aftercare, and long-term maintenance to optimize results.
Qualifications
- Hold a Professional Medical Degree (Dokter) from an accredited institution.
- Possess an active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) and valid medical license to practice in Indonesia.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in performing cosmetic procedures such as injectables, lasers, and other non-invasive treatments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with international and local clients.
- Age 35 years or below (as per company policy).
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is highly preferred to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Passion for continuous learning and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
