Responsibility
- Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess skin conditions, aesthetic goals, and medical history.
- Perform a wide range of non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including injectables (Botox, fillers), laser treatments, PRP therapy, and thread lifts.
- Develop customized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, ensuring safety and optimal results.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine and integrate evidence-based practices into clinical work.
- Maintain detailed medical records and adhere to strict hygiene, sterilization, and compliance protocols.
- Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care, managing expectations and ensuring high satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with dermatologists, nurses, and support staff to deliver seamless patient experiences.
- Participate in marketing initiatives, such as workshops or social media content, to promote clinic services.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution, with a valid license to practice in Indonesia.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in aesthetic medicine, with a proven track record in injectables and laser treatments.
- Certification in aesthetic procedures (e.g., from AAAM, IMCAS, or similar bodies) is highly preferred.
- Excellent bedside manner and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy, dermatology, and aging processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end clinical setting with a focus on patient confidentiality and discretion.
- Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and digital tools for patient management.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to ethical medical standards.
