Responsibility
- Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess aesthetic goals, medical history, and suitability for treatments.
- Perform non-surgical cosmetic procedures such as Botox, fillers, laser treatments, PRP, and thread lifts with precision and safety.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each clientâs needs, ensuring realistic expectations and optimal outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress, provide post-treatment care, and address any concerns or complications promptly.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine, techniques, and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with medical and legal standards.
- Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure seamless operations, from appointment scheduling to follow-up care.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, sterilization, and ethical practice in all procedures.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (Doctor of Medicine) from a recognized institution, with a valid Indonesian medical license (SIP).
- Specialization or certification in Aesthetic Medicine, Dermatology, or Cosmetic Surgery (e.g., from IAAFA, A4M, or similar bodies).
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performing aesthetic procedures (fresh graduates with strong training may be considered).
- Proven expertise in injectables (Botox, fillers), lasers, and other non-surgical treatments.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centric approach and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
