As an Aesthetic Doctor, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing clients’ confidence through advanced non-surgical treatments. Your expertise in filler injections, thread lifts, Botox, and other cosmetic procedures will be instrumental in achieving our clinic’s revenue targets while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Responsibility
- Perform advanced aesthetic procedures including filler injections, thread lifts, Botox, and other non-surgical treatments with precision and care.
- Consult with clients to assess their needs, recommend personalized treatment plans, and set realistic expectations.
- Ensure compliance with medical safety protocols, hygiene standards, and clinic policies at all times.
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets through effective client engagement and upselling of premium services.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment details, follow-ups, and progress tracking.
- Stay updated on the latest aesthetic medicine trends, techniques, and products through continuous professional development.
- Collaborate with the clinic team to deliver a seamless, luxury experience for every client.
- Handle post-treatment care and address any client concerns or complications professionally.
Qualifications
- Medical Doctor (MD) degree with a valid license to practice in Indonesia.
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in aesthetic medicine, including filler, thread lift, and Botox procedures.
- Certification in cosmetic dermatology or aesthetic procedures from a recognized institution.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with diverse clientele.
- Ability to work full-time (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 6 days/week) with flexibility for occasional extended hours.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a clinical setting.
- Familiarity with medical software for patient records and billing is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are advantageous.
