Responsibility
- Provide expert consultations to clients, assessing their needs and recommending suitable aesthetic treatments.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all patients.
- Educate clients on the benefits and procedures of various aesthetic services, including skincare, laser treatments, and other medical aesthetics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Upsell and promote additional services and products to enhance the client experience and drive revenue.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the aesthetic industry to provide informed recommendations.
- Handle client inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or the beauty/aesthetic industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping clients achieve their beauty goals.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and skincare products is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
