Responsibility
- Assist senior technicians in the assembly, inspection, and maintenance of aerospace components under supervision.
- Follow strict safety protocols and quality control standards in all tasks.
- Participate in structured training programs to develop technical skills in aircraft systems, tools, and diagnostics.
- Document work processes, inspections, and test results accurately in compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tools and equipment are properly calibrated and stored.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, new technologies, and aerospace regulations.
- Support the preparation of aircraft for testing, certification, and delivery.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Basic understanding of aerospace systems, aircraft mechanics, or aviation maintenance (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
