Responsibility
- Perform mechanical repair and overhaul of aerospace components to meet industry standards and specifications.
- Conduct thorough inspections of engine parts and components to identify defects or wear.
- Operate and maintain specialized equipment and tools for component processing and repair.
- Follow strict safety protocols and quality control procedures to ensure compliance with aerospace regulations.
- Document all repair activities, including work performed, parts used, and inspection results.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in mechanical repair, component processing, or aerospace maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of aerospace components, engine parts, and repair techniques.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Hands-on experience with precision tools, measuring instruments, and diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as FAA, EASA, or other aerospace regulatory requirements is a plus.
