Are you a data-driven marketer with a passion for fashion? Beatrice Clothing is looking for a creative and analytical Ads Specialist to join our growing team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will be the engine behind our brand's digital presence, managing high-impact advertising campaigns that drive conversions and scale our reach across the competitive Indonesian fashion market.

We are looking for someone who doesn't just manage budgets, but understands the psychology of the consumer. You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign management, from creative conceptualization and audience segmentation to rigorous A/B testing and performance optimization. Responsibility

  • Develop, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Conduct thorough audience research and create segmented targeting strategies to maximize engagement.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance, adjusting bids, budgets, and creative assets to ensure optimal ROAS.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-converting ad copy and visual assets.
  • Perform continuous A/B testing on ad formats, headlines, and call-to-actions to improve conversion rates.
  • Analyze weekly marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Report key performance indicators (KPIs) to management with actionable insights.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
  • Deep understanding of Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Proven track record of managing advertising budgets and delivering positive ROI.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data reporting.
  • Excellent understanding of fashion industry trends and consumer behavior in the Indonesian market.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with strong copywriting skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
