Responsibility
- Serve as the primary contact for prospective families, providing detailed information about the school’s programs, curriculum, and admissions process.
- Conduct school tours, open house events, and one-on-one consultations to showcase the school’s unique offerings.
- Manage inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain prospective students, including outreach programs and partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling admissions materials and digital content.
- Maintain accurate records of prospective students and track admissions metrics to report on progress.
- Assist families with the application process, including document submission and interview scheduling.
- Represent the school at local and international education fairs and community events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in admissions, sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for education and a deep understanding of the international school landscape.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for school events and outreach activities.
