Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end admissions process, including inquiries, applications, and contract signings.
- Conduct virtual or in-person tours of residential facilities, highlighting amenities and community benefits.
- Coordinate with prospective residents to gather required documentation and ensure compliance with housing policies.
- Maintain accurate records of admissions, occupancy rates, and resident details in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and distribute promotional materials for student housing.
- Address resident concerns and inquiries promptly, providing solutions to enhance their living experience.
- Assist in organizing move-in/move-out logistics, including room assignments and key distribution.
- Monitor and report on admissions metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in admissions, customer service, or sales, preferably in real estate or student housing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Strong organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
