Responsibility
- Assist in finance operations, including invoicing, payments, and financial record-keeping.
- Support customer account management by updating records and resolving inquiries.
- Help prepare and review contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage documentation, including filing, archiving, and retrieving financial and administrative records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the finance and administration team.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
