Responsibility

  • Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and correspondence.
  • Assist in project workflows by tracking deadlines, scheduling meetings, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and information flow.
  • Handle office logistics, including supply management, equipment maintenance, and workspace organization.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents with high attention to detail.
  • Support financial administrative tasks such as expense tracking, invoice processing, and budget monitoring.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, office management, or a related role.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools.
