Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and correspondence.
- Assist in project workflows by tracking deadlines, scheduling meetings, and maintaining project documentation.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and information flow.
- Handle office logistics, including supply management, equipment maintenance, and workspace organization.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents with high attention to detail.
- Support financial administrative tasks such as expense tracking, invoice processing, and budget monitoring.
- Maintain confidential records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, office management, or a related role.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus.
