Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and scheduling for the Australian client.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional responses via email, phone, and chat.
- Maintain and update client databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all records.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, including time zone adjustments for international stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence to support business operations and decision-making.
- Monitor and resolve customer service issues, escalating complex cases as needed while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency in service delivery.
- Stay updated on client-specific policies, procedures, and industry trends to provide informed support.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or a related role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (neutral accent preferred for Australian client interactions).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM or helpdesk software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Customer-centric mindset with a problem-solving attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Experience working with international clients or in a remote setting is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field is advantageous.
