Responsibility
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate office communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff
- Prepare and process various administrative documents, reports, and presentations
- Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for procurement
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and team-building activities
- Provide general support to visitors and staff as needed
- Maintain office equipment and coordinate maintenance when required
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Experience with basic bookkeeping or financial record-keeping is a plus
- Familiarity with office management software and tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
