Responsibility
- Assist the Retail Business team in daily operational activities and administrative tasks.
- Support inventory management, including stock monitoring and replenishment.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally.
- Help prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth retail operations.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and sales campaigns.
- Perform data entry and maintain up-to-date records in the company’s systems.
- Contribute to team meetings and provide insights on improving retail processes.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry.
