Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Coordinate and organize daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, and meeting preparations.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, with professionalism and efficiency.
- Support the procurement process by managing office supplies, inventory, and vendor communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
- Provide general support to managers and staff as needed to facilitate smooth business operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience in administrative roles is a plus, but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data management tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
