Responsibility
- Translate external compliance updates, regulations, and industry standards into clear, internal documentation and training materials.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of compliance training programs for employees at all levels.
- Conduct research to stay updated on emerging compliance trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in quality control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with compliance requirements and organizational policies.
- Support the preparation and distribution of compliance reports, audits, and assessments.
- Help identify gaps in current processes and propose actionable improvements to enhance compliance efficiency.
- Participate in internal reviews and testing of compliance-related tools and systems.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating compliance training sessions and workshops.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Basic understanding of compliance frameworks, quality control processes, or regulatory environments is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with collaborative tools like Google Workspace.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Prior internship or project experience in compliance, training, or administration is advantageous.
