Responsibility
- Manage daily office administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications in English or Mandarin, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Provide support to other departments as required, ensuring seamless office operations.
- Translate documents or communications between English and Mandarin when necessary.
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English or Mandarin (both written and verbal).
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
