Responsibility

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including handling phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries from parents and guardians.
  • Coordinate and maintain student records, attendance, and enrollment documentation in an organized and confidential manner.
  • Assist with scheduling, including parent-teacher meetings, school events, and staff coordination.
  • Support the finance team with invoicing, fee collection, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, such as newsletters, announcements, and event invitations.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure smooth operations, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Assist in organizing school events, open houses, and parent workshops to enhance community engagement.
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional front office environment for visitors, parents, and students.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles, preferably in an educational or childcare setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Experience with basic bookkeeping or financial tasks is a plus but not required.
