Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain office documentation, including filing, archiving, and digital record-keeping.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Prepare and distribute internal reports, memos, and communications as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other business documents.
  • Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring inventory is well-stocked and cost-effective.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments, including data entry and basic bookkeeping.
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with basic office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is a plus.
