Responsibility
- Manage and organize office documentation, including filing, archiving, and digital record-keeping to ensure easy retrieval and compliance.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff and departments.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, and presentations with high accuracy and professionalism.
- Oversee office supply inventory, procurement, and vendor relations to maintain a well-stocked and functional workspace.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, expense reports, and financial documentation to support fiscal accountability.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and directing them to the appropriate parties.
- Develop and implement administrative processes and systems to improve efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and assisting with payroll processing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a corporate or fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
