Responsibility
- Oversee and streamline office operations, including workspace allocation, supply management, and equipment maintenance.
- Manage documentation systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping, filing, and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate procurement activities, from vendor selection to contract negotiation and purchase order processing.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods/services and resolve any operational issues.
- Supervise facility management, including maintenance, security, and health/safety compliance for office premises.
- Develop and implement administrative policies to improve efficiency and standardize processes.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on administrative performance and operational metrics.
- Assist in event coordination for company meetings, workshops, and corporate gatherings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative, office management, or general affairs roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP or procurement software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Experience in vendor management, procurement, or facility coordination is a plus.
