Responsibility
- Manage and process sales orders, invoices, and delivery documents accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely and error-free transactions.
- Maintain and update customer records, contracts, and sales databases in the company’s system.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, performance metrics, and financial summaries to management.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and tax requirements.
- Support ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as needed to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales administration, invoicing, or a similar role, preferably in the agricultural or FMCG sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP or accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar).
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and invoicing procedures is a plus.
