Responsibility
- Oversee daily administrative operations, including documentation, reporting, and office coordination to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing purchase orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid shortages.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring timely deliveries and cost-effective purchasing.
- Prepare and analyze procurement reports, budgets, and cost comparisons to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical procurement practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, logistics, production) to align purchasing strategies with business objectives.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in administrative and purchasing functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in administrative roles, with at least 2 years in purchasing or procurement.
- Proven track record in vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with procurement software and inventory management systems is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
