Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks related to social assistance programs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and beneficiaries to facilitate seamless program execution.
- Maintain and update databases, records, and documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence to support decision-making and stakeholder communications.
- Monitor program budgets, track expenditures, and assist in financial reconciliation for assigned initiatives.
- Organize and schedule meetings, workshops, and outreach activities to promote program awareness and engagement.
- Provide logistical support for field operations, including coordination of resources and personnel.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in administrative workflows.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative, operational, or project support roles, preferably in social services or NGOs.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with database management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
