Responsibility
- Manage and organize office operations, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
- Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required by management.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and other corporate functions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
