Responsibility
- Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Prepare and organize sales reports, presentations, and client proposals using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and client onboarding.
- Manage customer inquiries via email and phone, providing timely and professional responses.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and sales data.
- Support the preparation of invoices, contracts, and other sales-related documentation.
- Assist in organizing sales meetings, events, and travel arrangements for the team.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies in workflows.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management.
