Responsibility
- Monitor and track project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial plans and reporting discrepancies.
- Coordinate with project managers to prepare and distribute financial reports, expense summaries, and budget forecasts.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project expenditures, invoices, and receipts for auditing purposes.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, contracts, and other administrative documents.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate timely payments and procurement processes.
- Conduct regular financial reviews to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
- Support project scheduling by tracking deadlines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project administration, financial tracking, or office management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate reports.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Effective communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
