Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and reporting systems to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to facilitate seamless communication and operations.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and financial documentation for leadership review.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support HR-related administrative duties, such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management.
- Monitor office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and cost-effective procurement.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a multinational or real estate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
