Responsibility
- Process and record daily cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain comprehensive financial records and prepare regular reports for management
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients paying fees and fines
- Reconcile daily cash receipts and prepare bank deposits
- Assist in budget preparation and financial planning activities
- Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement as needed
- Prepare and process various financial documents and forms
- Ensure compliance with government financial regulations and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cash handling or financial administration
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and financial software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of government financial procedures is an advantage
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
