Responsibility
- Manage and maintain HR records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
- Prepare and process HR-related documents, such as contracts, letters, and reports.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing events.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- Support the development and execution of HR initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role, preferably in a multinational or diverse work environment.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service oriented approach.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
