Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate daily office administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and documentation.
- Assist in HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
- Prepare and maintain accurate HR and office reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Oversee office supply inventory and procurement to ensure adequate resources.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all administrative and HR-related tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or HR roles.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and office management procedures.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
