Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate daily office operations, including correspondence, filing systems, and document preparation.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting minutes for senior management.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and workflow.
- Oversee scheduling, calendar management, and logistics for meetings, appointments, and corporate events.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and administrative files in compliance with company policies.
- Handle procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services while managing vendor relationships.
- Provide administrative support for HR functions, including onboarding, payroll processing, and employee records.

Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role (candidates with less experience may be considered for Administrative Officer I).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
