Responsibility
- Manage daily office administrative operations and ensure organizational processes run smoothly.
- Prepare, review, and maintain official documents, reports, and correspondence for department heads.
- Coordinate inter-departmental communications and facilitate seamless information flow.
- Assist in the implementation of office policies, procedures, and internal government regulations.
- Monitor office supplies, inventory, and procurement requests in accordance with budgetary guidelines.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and official government functions.
- Provide support to HR or financial processing units as required by departmental mandates.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, including both physical and digital records for audit readiness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant work experience in administrative, office support, or clerical functions.
- Civil Service Professional Eligibility (or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively under pressure.
- Deep understanding of government office protocols and standard operating procedures.
