Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage executive schedules, meetings, and appointments with precision.
- Prepare and edit professional reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain and organize confidential records, ensuring data accuracy and security.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication.
- Oversee office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, expense reports, and financial documentation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Support the implementation of office policies and procedural improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in an administrative or office support role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with basic accounting or budgeting processes is a plus.
