Responsibility
- Manage and oversee lease agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate property maintenance activities, including scheduling repairs, inspections, and routine upkeep to ensure properties are well-maintained.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lease agreements, tenant communications, and property maintenance activities.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports related to property occupancy, maintenance costs, and tenant satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including finance and legal, to ensure smooth operations and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure properties meet company standards.
- Provide administrative support to management, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in property management or real estate.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Knowledge of lease agreements, property maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
