Responsibility
- Process and manage financial documents, including budgets, invoices, and expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Consolidate and analyze data to support budget forecasting and reporting.
- Maintain organized records and filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior management, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
- Develop and implement efficient office procedures to enhance productivity and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in administrative support, budget operations, or office management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial software.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in data consolidation, records management, and financial documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and budgeting processes is a plus.
