Responsibility
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision.
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare and edit executive reports, presentations, and correspondence to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening calls and emails efficiently.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, expenses, and budgets related to executive operations.
- Provide proactive administrative support to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
