Responsibility
- Manage and organize office documentation, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for management and team members using digital tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook).
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative materials to support decision-making processes.
- Maintain office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure the workspace is well-stocked and functional.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
- Support HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees, processing paperwork, and maintaining employee records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in an administrative, clerical, or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
